Little Update

So this is a reall short update before I do a bigger one. I wanted to let those of you that read this that I will, at this point in time, be working at a school for the blind and a clinic for people that are oppressed in Bangladesh. Also in my group there are three other women: our leader Danielle, Rachel, and Adreil. So please be praying for where we are going, who we are working with, our own lives, and further financial support. God Bless.

Financial Support Update

If you want to know my progress on where I am as far as financial support please read this post, for I will update it. Thus far I have recieved 100% of what I need to have in order to go. Thank you to those who have helped me and have been praying fo me and will continue to pray for me.

First Entry

Here is my first entry. For those of you reading this, I have told you that for almost two months of the summer I will be serving the Lord and doing his will of showing his love to his people in the country of Bangladesh. God called me to apply for this mission or trek back in the end of October. I prayed about going and finally applied to go just before Christmas. It had been my prayer for years, that God do his will through me and use me whenever and wherever he desires. In Isaiah 6: 8 it says "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"" (If you have never read all of Isaiah 6 please do it is one of my favorite passages.) God has called me to go for him and do his will through me and I will be faithful. On this blog I will be posting updates on what God has done or will be doing in my life and through me. Also I will post prayer requests and financial support updates. Thank you to all of you who have helped me through prayer and financial support so far. I have been blessed by those in my life and by all of your prayers. God Bless.
